Blackberry BBM
BBM Money is an applicaton that allow peer-topeer( P2P) transfer of funds to someone else who is also using a mobile device in Indonesia.
The main service is to let user create and access a mobile money account from the BlackBerry and make real-time payment to user’s BBM contacts (provided that they are also using the service). User can also transfer money to other bank accounts, bill payment, online shopping and even buy mobile airtime for the device.
In this project, my main task is mainly focus on UX and UI design and work closely together with product team to brainstorm new idea, problem solving and to ensure we are working on the same direction.
User Storyboard
In the earlier stage of the project, I work closely together with product team to define the scope of work, product main features and some user case. In terms of user case, UX and product team discuss and anaylsis all the case base on the previous market research result.
IA/Wireframe
After consolidated the information from product team & development team, I will be prepared a wireframe to show the project details including the user flow, front-end & back-end connection and also showcasing different scenario.
UI & Mockup design
Base on the product branding then design the general visual and look & feel, to make sure it is align with the product visual direction. And also, provide the asset and work with development team to create the prototype.
Design Guideline & UI Auditng
Once everything has confirmed, I produced the design guideline for the product development use and to use it as a production guideline.
