MyMM is a combined Social and eCommerce application for luxury fashion in China Market.
MyMM is not only a simply shopping app, that also is a channel to connect people with fashion. It provide the most updated fashion / trendy information through the KOL and e-magazine to encourge and enrich the shopping UX.
First of all, we did research on the Chinese Market and observe the competitors on what are their positioning and how they are handle in different features / user-flow.
We worked with a China UX research company to anaylsis the market and execute the personas, user case, user-flow and scenario in order to find out what is our RIGHT positioning in the market
After finished the interview with stakeholder and User Research, and also consolidating the scope of work & prioritise Feedback / Feature, We start to prepare the wirframe to building the MVP version
After a few rounds of meeting, iterating on the prototypes, we eventually develop a comprehensive mockup for both web and mobile platform.
Work closely with Data Team to analysis and monitor the product performance by keep tracking on the data result so as to reach our business goal and KPI and to make adjustment if necessary.
